Jonathan Hughes, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP, is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist specialist at the Saint Louise Family Medicine Center in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where he provides comprehensive medication management to an indigent-care population.  

He is also an assistant professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Translational Science at University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and precepts pharmacy students, pharmacy residents, and medical residents   Dr. Hughes’ areas of scholarship includes practice-based research on improving patient outcomes through pharmacist collaborative drug therapy management and expansion of pharmacy services in ambulatory care.
