Almond Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • ¼ cup Almond Pro flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbs almond butter
  • 6 small dates (or 3 if using medjool dates)
  • 1 Tbs water
  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor.
  2. Pulse until everything is finely ground and forms a dough that holds together. If too dry add more water 1 tsp at a time.
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate.
  4. Enjoy with yogurt, fruit, or on their own!
