Grilled Burgers
Ingredients
- ¾ pound ground sirloin
- ¾ pound lean ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
- 2 scallions, white part and 1 inch green, chopped
- 6 sesame hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, ground turkey, sour cream, oregano, and scallion. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Light the grill or preheat the broiler. Shape the beef mixture into 6 1-inch thick patties. Grill or broil 4 inches from the source of heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve on toasted buns.
