  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 pound of ground pork
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chili paste (without sugar added)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 (14 oz) bag of cole slaw mix (buy without dressing)


  1. Heat stir fry pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and coconut oil. Stir in ground pork, crushed garlic, grated ginger and sauces. Cook until pork is browned throughout.
  2. Stir in coleslaw mix just until heated through and slightly wilted.
