Ingredients

  • 1 Quart fresh garden lettuces (we like a combination of radicchio, arugula, bibb, and oakleaf)
  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs hazelnut or olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs minced fresh herbs (combination of basil, chives, mint, and thyme)

Directions

  1. Combine the lettuces in a serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
  3. Drizzle over greens and toss to coat evenly right before serving. Makes 4 servings.
