Summer Fruit Kebabs with Lime Cream



Servings: 4


  • ½ cup low fat sour cream
  • 1 ½ Tbs fresh lime juice
  • sugar substitute, equivalent to 1 Tbs of sugar
  • ½ tsp grated lime zest
  • ½ honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes
  • 1 lbs strawberries, blueberries and/or blackberries, cleaned


  1. Combine the sour cream, lime juice, sugar substitute, and lime zest in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Alternate the fruit on four skewers. Arrange on a platter. Cover and refrigerate for up to an hour.
  3. To serve, spoon a puddle lime cream on a dessert plate.
  4. Top with a fruit skewer and serve.
